WRAP AROUND CARE

Supernovas is Terra Nova’s wraparound care provision and offers flexible out of hours childcare to our families. Supernovas is based in the Early Years building, but utilises all of our 35 acre site to offer a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for our children to learn and play, both after school and within the school holidays.

During term time, Supernovas provides a flexible 'home from home' style after school club specialising in Early Years and Key Stage 1 childcare. The children have the chance to relax and unwind with familiar staff members after a full day of learning. Children also have the option to have their evening meal at Supernovas, venturing over to the School’s main dining hall to do so.

In the school holidays our Supernovas team provide a fun-filled experience for the children, combining high quality, flexible childcare with a range of themed activities. We schedule a programme of activities for each of the school holidays which includes themed weeks, daily activities, time for free play and of course time outdoors in our wonderful school grounds!

We understand how busy family life can be and so our approach to wraparound care is flexible, allowing parents to block book or book on an ad hoc basis as the need for childcare arises.
